Beyond Remote still contains the features our users have come to love like Host Status Polling, integrated support for Terminal Services and XP Remote Desktop connections, and great performance.  But with the release of version 2.5, Data Apples has added a new application called Beyond Remote Support to the Data Apples family of products.

 

Beyond Remote Support allows you to provide unlimited support to your customers at a moments notice.  And because Beyond Remote Support runs as an application on your desktop, you don't have to mess with logging onto a website, creating a support session or giving your customer a session number to enter. Simply click "Email Invitation", copy a link into an IM session, or have them click a link on your website and their support session will begin in seconds!

When your customer clicks on the link, you will see them show up in your "Active Connections" window and when you double-click on their connection, you will immediately have remote access to their machine. It's that simple!
