Graphics Acceleration
Enabling Graphics Acceleration instructs the remote host to use a less CPU intensive method of sampling and sending the remote screen before sending to the console. There are advantages and disadvantages to this:
The advantage is that CPU utilization will normally be lowered to about 5-10% instead of 80-90%.
The disadvantage is that there are some known drawing issues when this option is enabled. For example, some popup menus may not completely finish drawing on the screen. This is more annoying in most circumstances because waving your mouse over the menu will usually make it draw. One other disadvantage is that DOS windows have severe drawing issues with this enabled. If you use DOS windows a lot you'll probably want to disable this option.
Auto Scrolling
When Auto Scrolling is enabled and you are viewing a Beyond Remote server and the screen is larger than yours the viewing screen will automatically start scrolling when your mouse reaches the edge of the viewing window. This eliminates the need to mess with moving the screen using scroll bars.
