Release Notes:
1) New Terminology - The Beyond Remote "Client" has been renamed the "Console" and the "Server" has been named the "Host"

2) New GUI - An entirely new user interface with support for 6 new themes

3) Embedded Multilingual Functionality - Support for 8 additional languages including Spanish, German, Russian, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Traditional Chinese.

4) ReverseConnect™ - Allows the Console user to provide remote support through the remote user's firewall and router without any preconfiguration or port mapping on behalf of the remote user.

ReverseConnect™ (Standard) - Included with every Beyond Remote Host

The ability for the Beyond Remote Host to initiate a connection back to the Console user's computer, which will then allow the Console user to take over the Host's computer.

Each Host requires its own license.

ReverseConnect™ Professional - designed specifically for support professionals.
ReverseConnect™ Professional:

Is licensed by the Console, not the Host - giving the Console user the ability to initiate an unlimited number of support sessions.

Runs a small file on your customer's machine without installing software, so there is no configuration and no software left behind after your support session. This file is custom configured via our web services to include your connection information, resulting in no pre-configuration by your customer.

Allows your customer to simply "click" the embedded link in the e-mail invitation to initiate the remote support session, allowing you to connect to and control your customer's computer within seconds.

RC Pro runs without an installation and leaves no software on the customer's machine after the support session is completed.

6) Remote support e-mail invitation - works in conjunction with ReverseConnect. The e-mail invitation can be sent directly from Beyond Remote by the support provider to a remote user who can click on the installation and initiate a connection back to the support provider, allowing the support representative to take control of their computer.

7) Host Discovery - A huge time saver for network administrators, Host Discovery allows the Beyond Remote Console user to enter a beginning and ending IP address which is then scanned to find installed Beyond Remote Hosts. The Beyond Remote Console then allows the user to automatically create and save connection settings in the folder of their choice.
