Host ReverseConnect (Remote Support)
Using the ReverseConnect feature on the Beyond Remote Host will allow you to initiate a support session which will allow a Beyond Remote Console user to take control of your computer.
When using this feature, please be aware that you are giving the Beyond Remote Console user complete access to your machine.
To initiate the ReverseConnect remote support session:
1) Enter the IP address of the Beyond Remote Console user's machine. This should to be their Internet IP address unless you are on the same physical network as the Console user.
2) Enter the Port that the Console user requests you to use (default is 5425).
3) Select "Connect to remote computer"
4) A warning dialog box will appear that asks you if you are sure you want to allow the remote computer to control your computer. If you select "Yes" it will initiate the connection and your support session will begin, if you select no, it will cancel the process.
