Hello,
We are soon getting a new server (running Win2003 Server) and I was wondering if there were any known issues with BR and this OS?

Only with DEP enabled, just make sure it's set to "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only".

DEP,
Is that a BR console/host option or a WIN Server option?

It's a server setting; right click on My Computer & select properties. Next, click the "Advanced" tab, then the "Settings" button in the "Performance" section. In the next window click the "Data Execuation Prevention" tab.
