Connected But cant see full screen

hi there i need help i have managed to get the client and server running no problem even got a connection establashed but the problem im haveing is viewing the other computers desktop fully i can see about 6 blocks but the others around it have got sort of a stop sign i need to view this fully not just the centre of the screen can you please help

What version of BR are you running? What version of Windows? Please explain your system in detail.

im using the new version of br and my os is windows xp i have also taken a picture of my desktop so you can see what im chating about how do i up load the pics or could i have your email and ill send it there
