Hello all! I'm new in this forum, and I'm testing Beyond Remote, but I'm having some problems... The thing is I'm not able to connect with the remote PC. I will explain what I do, and I hope someone can tell what I'm doing wrong:
1. I run the server (host) on the remote computer.
2. I run the client (console) on my PC.
3. I create a new connection. The type I select is "XP Remote Desktop Connection"
4. Once it is created, I click on "View remote computer"
And then, a white window appears one second, it disappears and nothing happens. I think all firewalls are opened.
If it helps, on "Host discovery host", I'm able to see the host. And there is one more important thing: I can control the computer using "Reverse connection", so I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong...
Someone can hep me?
Thanks in advance for your help

- Is this across the Internet or a LAN?

- What version of Windows is on the computer running the host?

I see you're running the BR host and on the client you define the connection as XP-Remote Desktop. Why?
Is the XP remote desktop running on the host PC? If not, you can't connect to it by XP-remote desktop.
Or is it a mistake and you do want to use BR-hosting? Then you have to define your connection on the client as Beyond Remote type.
