This is a manual process, you must edit the "BRServer.cfg" file (Notepad works good) located at c:\program files\BeyondRemote\BRServer.cfg. To hide the tray icon change the line "HideTrayIcon=0" to "HideTrayIcon=1". To show it again change the 1 back to a 0 (zero). The changes will take effect the next time you connect to that computer with the client or the next time Beyond Remote is started. The reason this is not an option in the server interface is that once you hide the tray icon there is no way to get back to the server configuration screen.
